Did you know that the easier you make it for your guests to book on your site, the more likely they are to book directly with you?

Using filters on your HiSITE Booking Form enables you to streamline the booking process for your guests. Providing them with a similar experience to what they would experience using one of the Online Travel Agents (OTA’s) to book.

Using these filters allows you to de-clutter your booking form, by showing customers only rooms available for the dates they require, filtering out rooms that are unavailable.

Also, if your HiSITE rooms are pooled, it will also filter the relevant nightly rates based on the amount of nights selected. For example, if you have a 1, 3 and 5-night rate, with these filters enabled, if the guest selects ‘a 5-night stay’ the 1 and 3-night rate will be filtered out. This is very similar to how the top OTA’s display their rates.

To use these filters simply follow the below steps.

  1. Log into HiSITE
  2. Click on Settings from the menu bar
  3. Click on the Booking Forms icon
  4. You will see a list of booking forms if you have more than one. To edit the booking form, click on the options ‘cog’ icon on the right-hand side and select ‘Content’ from the drop down menu.
  1. Once you have clicked on content, scroll down and on the right you will find filter options. We recommend the following filter options:

The options above will enable you to only show rooms that are available for the selected date range. If your HiSITE rooms are pooled, it will also filter the relevant nightly rates based on the amount of nights selected.
