Merry Christmas from the team at HiRUM

As we enter another festive season we reflect back on 2016 in amazement, at how much technology has changed in just 12 short months. A pace that was once well managed with a team of two efficient software developers now requires more than a dozen skilled craftsmen to ensure our products remain relevant in today’s changing environment.  As occupancies increase and the tourism industry rebounds with renewed vigour, it is ever more important to have the fastest and smartest tools right at your fingertips, whenever you need them.

As such, it’s been a focused 12 months for the team at HiRUM to ensure we deliver you tomorrow’s technology and provide the freedom you’ve worked so hard for. With that in mind, we look forward to an exciting 2017, delivering outstanding solutions that will change the way accommodation operators throughout Australia run their businesses. Keep an eye on our website for more exciting news as the new year comes around.

From a support perspective over the festive break, HiRUM will only be closed from noon on Friday 23rd December and during the public holidays. Should you need support for technical emergencies, please phone our office on 07 5574 4990 and listen for the emergency contact for the day. Otherwise, please log your job in Service Desk and we will respond upon our return on Wednesday 28th December.

Thank you for such a wonderful year, we have really enjoyed working with our clients in 2016 and we look forward to working with you further in the new year.
