For technical issues, we have a virtual connection allowing us to connect direct to your system and investigate.
Once a support specialist is available, they will contact you directly and may request you download either the ‘Virtual Network Connection’ (VNC) or our Team Viewer remote desktop support. These tools allow us to connect directly to your computer and talk you through the resolution or fix the issue for you whilst on-screen. Connection is terminated once your query has been resolved.
