Our Help Desk is here to assist you with problems you may incur whilst using Hirum. Please feel free to log a Support Ticket through 'CLIENT SUPPORT' for assistance and our Support Team will contact you as soon as possible.

Once our Support Team can assist you they will contact you directly and may request you download our 'Virtual Network Connection' (VNC). This allows us to connect directly to your computer and talk you through the problem or fix the issue for you whilst on-screen. Connection is deleted once the problem has been solved.

Above right is the link to our Virtual Network Connection (VNC).Once a member of our Support Team have instructed you to do so please click on the link below and RUN the program, select the Help desk as instructed and communicate the problem via phone and connection.

Emergency Assistance is available 24/7 outside of the above hours. (numbers available to registered clients)
