HiRUM Online

The HiRUM Online booking engine is a unique 2-way real time booking system, which works in conjunction with your own web page. This means no allocations, no manual loading of availability and no manual loading of pricing. The interface automatically reads the information directly from HiRUM and updates every 15 seconds. At the same time if a room is booked online, that booking will automatically drop into HiRUM. No more reading emails and manually entering in guest details.

When a booking is made online it comes in to HiRUM as an encrypted file. An icon on the main menu flashes to let you know a booking has been received. When you double click on the icon the booking appears in the normal HiRUM format. You can then validate the credit card and email a confirmation to the guest confirming the booking.

Similarly, as bookings are received in the property management system, a message is sent to your website, updating availability instantly. This means true last room availability and no longer calling guests to confirm only to find they have gone elsewhere while waiting for your confirmation. HiRUM Online is your 24hr reservation desk, working when you may not.

The booking engine can also be fully integrated with HiRUM's own online accommodation website Zbreaks. It can offer you the same functionality as the booking engine on your own website. The system works by way of a booking engine, which is hosted on a secure remote server in between your web page and property management system and is another tool offered by HiRUM to promote your property.
