Skills and knowledge are complimented with training using two of the most popular computerised front office reservation systems (Fidelio and Hirum). These software programs are currently used in many leading hotels and resorts in order to operate their accommodation services.

NetPOS Front Office Interface  (Room Charging from the POS)

NetPOS software links the Property Management Software to the POS Terminals so that Guests can swipe their cards at the Bar or Restaurant and the Property Management System will return their Booked in Name, Credit Limit and Account Balance. Room Charges from the POS will update the Property Management System immediately the sale is completed. It is suitable for most Property Management Software packages on the market. Custom interfaces can also be developed to link directly to specific Property Management Software.

With the next version of Secure-ISS Explorer, users will be able to setup the backup process so that it runs as a service, meaning there is no longer a need for you to check if your server is logged-in and your backups running! (Although there is still the need to check your backup runs!)
