Our change-over to HiSite has resulted in the booking process being streamlined and the time involved in data entry greatly reduced. The time saved by not having to update availability manually has also ensured our staff have more time to sell tours and more rooms direct. The setup is very simple and easy to use and being able to display our rooms on so many different websites without the headache of overbooking is fantastic. The staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and answer any queries very promptly. It was the best decision we have made and I would have no hesitation in recommending HiSite to anyone.

I decided to join Hirum/Hisite in June 2012 prior to starting a new financial year. I didi to have a lot of time to get it up and running and at the time had 17 properties. The Hirum/Hisite team were extremely helpful and made sure I wear ready to go live on the 1st July 2012
I had previously been managing my business on Excel spreadsheets and it was very time consuming and frustrating.The program was relatively easy to learn especially with the back up help.
I cannot believe how my business has improved both by profits and presentation! Within three months I am up to 25 properties and had to request an extension this morning. My owners have a lot better accounting presentation for their accountants and I am earning more money as I don't forget to charge items now.
I love the new system and get real excitement when I see bookings come in overnight and during the day when I am doing other things. Online bookings are the way to go!
I can tell at any time during the month which apartments are doing well and which apartments are not and I can make the necessary changes to accommodate and drive the business the way I want. I can also see at an instance my income so far for the month and can see if I buy potatoes or caviar this month - LOL!
It was the best thing I have done for my business and I believe I won't look back now as I continually grow my business.

For the past nine years I have been using the HIRUM programe for both holiday and permanent management rights complexes. I find the program to be a very 'user friendly' and the support from the staff has always been carried out in a friendly and professional manner. I find that HIRUM can be used to suit 'your' needs and not all features have to be used to be an effective tool for managing rentals and complying with trust account auditing.

Cheryl, Gabi and I took over the managements rights of Pacific Regis Apartments, Burleigh Heads, in late 2011. It is our first time, and we were terribly green novices. Our predecessors had been using Hirum property management psoftware for a number of years, but they were still doing manual bookings besides using Hirum. It was quite a mess, and we were in great difficulty. The support staff at Hirum took us under their wing and gave us fabulous ongoing support, enabling us to get the booking system properly into place and running smoothly. Additionally, from time to time we run into unusual problems with bookings, payments, refunds, end of month balance problems, etc., and instead of scratching our heads and wondering, we give the Hirum support people a call, and it is always fixed in an instant. Can’t speak highly enough of them, and would welcome a call from any prospective new customers.

Thank you so much for both the training session and the very enjoyable Wine & Cheese function afterwards. Robert and I really enjoyed the latter and found the information session to be very informative. It was also great to meet the ‘faces’ behind all the phone calls I regularly make. I have to say that the support I have received from Hirum has been absolutely wonderful – not only has each person been extraordinarily helpful but all the accompanying notes (via email) that I have received have been so easy to follow (not always the case in other projects that I have worked on!). Everyone’s assistance at Hirum has made Robert’s and my transition into the “Management Rights” business that much easier.

Stresses about 'End of Month'? You can't be using Hirum! Since changing to Hirum property management software my end of month is a breeze with the time taken to completion more that halved from my previous efforts of juggling another software package. Should I have the occasional glitch (which has always been my error) I have total confidence in the well trained support staff to set me back on track. I have been amazed at the quick tunaround to my request for assistance. Customer service is very much alive and well at Hirum. Don't believe me, then try it for yourself. I have no hesitation in recommending Hirum to prospective clients and have done so already to many residential managers on the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales.

I have been using the Hirum property management software here at Apollo Apartments for over 16months now. I find the support staff wonderful and they always return calls promptly. In regards to the software, I have worked and trained a lot of people over the years on different software programs and I find Hirum to be the best hospitality software program I have every used. In most cases, you can navigate around the system using common sense and it is not too hard to follow.
I also like that it has the scope to get out a lot of information and reports that we as business people need. Also they are always seeking the users advice, and updating their software frequently. Keep up the good work.

I am more than happy to provide a testimonial for the Hirum Accommodation software and support. This is my second management rights property and both have utilised the Hirum Trust Accounting system. The system addresses all the required areas of reception - from reservations and booking charts, current and archived guest’s folios to useful operating, census and marketing reports. The accounting sections are well thought out and make banking, invoicing and debtor payments quick and easy to use. I have found Hirum gathers and stores all the information required both for auditing purposes and for making operating decisions in a well organised and easy to utilise format. The Hirum package has many useful features but can be simplified or as detailed as required.
However, the best feature of the Hirum System is the support offered. Any queries or problems I have had have always been dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a very pleasant manner.”

Since the change over from the previous version of Hisite I have noticed my staff have more time to up sell direct bookings and customer relations. I monitor the time that my staff spend on the internet for marketing cost purposes and since using the new Hisite it has dropped approx 10 hours per month of time spent updating the site.Its easy to use (I didn’t require training on it). We love the fact that you only have to update one grid and not copy down each day to other grids as previous. The support we receive from Hirum for only 2 errors since we changed over was efficient and the staff are always lovely and supportive. Best decision Rothbury has made using Hisite.

The Crescent On Bayswater has been using the Hirum accommodation and reservation software for 6 years. We found that Hirum created opportunities and challenges that had not existed in our reservations and accounting system and without doubt, Hirum software in our workplace continues to improve efficient and present training and development challenges on an ongoing basis. The staff at Hirum are very helpful and obliging when there are any queries. Also technology and client services is one of their their strong points. To any Hotel looking/requiring an accounting/reservation package it would be recommended that you consider the Hirum package.
