Our Help Desk is here to assist you with problems you may incur whilst using Hirum. Please feel free to log a Support Ticket through the menu on the right for assistance and our Support Team will contact you as soon as possible.
Once our Support Team can assist you they will contact you directly and may request you download either the 'Virtual Network Connection' (VNC) or our Team Viewer remote dekstop support. Both these allow us to connect directly to your computer and talk you through the problem or fix the issue for you whilst on-screen. Connection is terminated once the problem has been solved.

Once a member of our Support Team have instructed you to do so please click on the specified link above and RUN the program. HiRUM support will then instruct you through the help desk connection.
