These documents scan directly to the guest’s stay and are recorded in your HiRUM Front Desk software for ease of storage, and retrieval if required.
Invoices, receipts, and financials can also be scanned and saved directly to individual owner folders in your Property Management System (PMS). This allows you to automatically add these documents to the owners’ statements also for forwarding during ‘End Of Month’ processing.
