Team Spotlight is our new blog series in which we interview HiRUM Software Solutions’ staff members. Since we have recently received some wonderful feedback about our Support team from current clients, we thought who better to interview than Natasha, our Office & Client Service Manager.
What is your role at HiRUM Software Solutions?
Office & Client Service Manager.
How long have you been at HiRUM?
I have been with HiRUM since 2008.
What were you doing before HIRUM?
I was the Senior Front Office Manager at the Towers of Chevron Renaissance in Surfers Paradise.
What is your proudest moment at HiRUM?
Getting new development pushed out to the market. A lot of hard work is completed by our Development, Product and Support teams, and it’s a great achievement getting new features and products out to clients.
What’s your #1 tip for HIRUM users?
Don’t panic, we have a wonderful team here to support you!
What is your favourite thing to do in your spare time?
Spending time with my two little girls and husband. I also have a passion for photography.
Anything by Usher plus I LOVE Metallica.
I enjoy a good steak.
What’s one thing you couldn’t live without?
My two little girls.
Where is the best place you’ve travelled to and why?
America – I love the USA. A very dear friend of mine lives in Orlando so I always have a great excuse to take a holiday. New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Bahamas, Florida and throw in a bit of celebrity stalking… got to keep up with the Kardashians 😉
Tell us something that might surprise us about you.
I love photography and I especially love the raw emotions that I capture behind the lens during weddings. I don’t photograph what it looks like, I photograph what it feels like. Weddings and families are my favourite thing to photograph.
