John and Vicki Hewitt have experience in all aspects of accommodation and resort operations and most recently as managers of an apartment complex/resort in Noosa Heads working for the owner of the management rights.

At the start of 2022 the management rights were sold and the new owners took over the running of the resort.

For several years we travelled and worked around Australia and really enjoyed the diverse nature of moving from job to job. It was a great learning experience, where we gained new knowledge and skills as well as meeting many wonderful people along the way.

We have worked in apartment complexes/resorts on the Gold Coast and Noosa Heads area.

Gary and Helen Sheppard

Helen and I have had over 13 years’ experience in all aspects of the accommodation industry which includes permanent management rights, holiday resorts and motels.

We work effectively together as a cohesive team with individual skills that complement each other to ensure you receive value in return for our affordable fee. Gary has a full Real Estate license, and we carry full industry insurance. We have extensive experience with many management software applications and Trust accounts. Similarly, we are up to date on current legislation as it affects Management Rights and have significant experience dealing with the Residential Tenancies Authority and the Department of Fair Trading.
