As a new HiRUM client, you are appointed a dedicated onboarding specialist for the first 3 months of your journey. This will help you with any challenges and to answer any questions you may have. If you are a Strata or Trust property, we directly support you through the first 3 End of Month (EOM) cycles.
In addition to this, you will also gain access to our HiRUM university email series, a series of emails sent over a four-week period to supplement your training and ensure you do not feel overwhelmed by your entry to the world of property management.
