What is included in the Client Onboarding Program?
As a new HiRUM Software Solutions client, you are appointed a dedicated onboarding specialist for the first part of your journey. This will help you find your feet while still operating efficiently. During this time your dedicated implementation specialist will be in regular contact to help you with any challenges, and to answer any questions you may have.
If you are a Strata or Trust property, we directly support you through your first End of Month (EOM) cycles.
What happens once
Onboarding is complete?
Included in your support agreement with HiRUM you will have access to our customer service team who can help answer any query you may have.
- You will have full access to HiRUM’s online eLearning centre to view and download relevant help-sheets and to view instructional videos.
Our eLearning centre has been designed to assist you in troubleshooting any issues that might arise whilst running your business. Offering FREE access to all our clients with a range of written help sheets, conducted webinars, and videos to help you best utilise our systems.
Once logged in to the eLearning centre you can view over 600 help sheets covering over 50 different topics relating to our systems, or you can watch our How-to Videos which provide a step by step guide for HiRUM and HiSITE. You also have access to our free monthly training webinars, watch our bite-sized lunch and learn by registering here.
There is a wealth of knowledge on offer, all available through our eLearning Centre and our team are always on hand to provide you with support and guidance on your journey with HiRUM.
