Whether you are getting started in Management Rights or Property Management, HiRUM takes the hassle out, with our onboarding program.

With over 20 years of industry experience, we understand the many challenges faced when buying into a new accommodation business. That is why we created the ‘HiRUM Client Onboarding Program’, with a dedicated onboarding team to ensure the journey after your purchase is as smooth as possible, giving you peace of mind in your investment.

It does not matter how many times you have been through the purchase process; there are always challenges taking on a new property. With HiRUM you can rest assure we will be there to help you.

What is included in the Client Onboarding Program?

As a new HiRUM Software Solutions client, you are appointed a dedicated onboarding specialist for the first 3 months of your journey. This will help you find your feet while still operating efficiently. During this time your specialist will be in regular contact to help you with any challenges, and to answer any questions you may have.

If you are a Strata or Trust property, we directly support you through the first 3 End of Month (EOM) cycles.

In addition to the training provided under your contract, you will also gain access to the HiRUM University email series, providing you with targeted tutorials, over a 4-week period, to ensure you receive relevant training in manageable sections so you do not feel overwhelmed.

What happens once Onboarding is complete?

  • Included in your support agreement with HiRUM you will have access to our customer service team who can help answer any query you may have.
  • We also host FREE Monthly Training sessions as part of our support agreements, at our Gold Coast offices where you can learn about new and upcoming features, or how you can use existing features to your best advantage.
  • You will have full access to HiRUM’s online eLearning centre to view and download relevant help-sheets and to view instructional videos.
